A More Integrated Company

Much effort has been extended into building trust among new colleagues, and forging a new corporate identity underlined by a shared vision, mission and values. These initiatives were introduced following our name change on 9 April 2015, and consisted of the development of brand champions within the organisation, as well as on-boarding programmes. At the same time, we have streamlined our support functions, such as Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, IT and Human Resources. We are also harnessing cross-functional synergies by leveraging on our combined resources and cross-selling our services, while elevating efficiencies across the board through the sharing of best practices.
